- 2 tbsp All-purpose Flour

- 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1 beaten Large Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup, chopped Pecans
- 1 1/2 cup Marhshmallows
- 2 tbsp Heavy Cream

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, mash cooked sweet potatoes using a potato masher or a fork until smooth.

Add granulated sugar, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt to the bowl. Mix until well combined.

Add unsalted butter, beaten egg, vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x9-inch baking dish.
