  • 2 large SweeT Potatoes
  • 1 cup Red Lentils
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 can Canned Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 cups Lentil Broth
  • 2 tbsp Vegan Butter
  • 2 tbsp All-purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
